Starting Easter Sunday!
It’s been so long since I’ve posted on here that you would think I gave up blogging for Lent. I apologize. But, I wanted to share with you something I just posted as a Flock note to parishioners (call our office if you wish to sign up for our Flock notes). While Perpetual Adoration began in early March in a temporary chapel and has been incredible for so many of us adorers, we are finally moving into the real chapel this Sunday. Easter Sunday! Clearly, this was God’s timing, and we are so excited. Here is the picture of the chapel before Jesus moves in there permanently along with my message from the Flock note.
As we enter the sacred days of the Triduum and prepare our hearts for the joy of Easter, we are thrilled to share that the permanent location for our Perpetual Adoration Chapel will officially open at 12:00 AM on Easter Sunday.
What a beautiful way to celebrate the Resurrection—by encountering the Risen Lord in His Real Presence, available to us day and night in the Eucharist. May this chapel become a place of peace, prayer, and renewal for our entire parish community.
Come, adore Him.
If you are interested in a tour of the chapel or would like to learn more about Eucharistic Adoration, feel free to reach out to Christi at cmitchell@olvp.org.
In Christ,
Fr. Greg
